We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail.  No rush order, no overnight orders.  Don't ask us, we don't do it.

We use US Postal service for our shipping.
Rates listed are for shipments within the 48 continental United States.  Please contact us for rates to Alaska ands Hawaii.  We ship in the U.S. Canada and Mexico.
Damages:
Your order has been packed very carefully to prevent damage and breakage.  If your order arrives and is damaged, please email us immediately and we will tell you what to do with the package.
Returns:
If you return an item to us simply because you do not want it, you must pay the postage and the package must be insured for the cost of the item(s) being returned.    Please note, you can only return an item within the first 30 days or receiving the item.  You will be refunded for the amount of the item(s) only - not the original shipping cost. The returned item must not be damaged.
Shopping Cart System:
We have chosen the Americart shopping cart system because it not only is very easy to use, but is very secure.  Instructions are included on each page to help you complete your shopping and checkout with ease.  When you start the checkout process, you are taken to a secure server for the input and processing of credit card and other sensitive information.  After your order is completed and submitted, the order is transmitted directly to us, however, the credit card information is not.  It stays at the secure server and is received by us in two different segments for further protection.
Privacy information  We will not give out nor sell any of your information to 3rd parties.  This includes, but is not limited to,  your name, email address, credit card information, etc.
